2. Product Description & Handmade Character

  • Handmade Variation: All items available on Ramzi.top are handcrafted individually with care and dedication. Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations in color, size, bead pattern, or finish may occur between the displayed photos and the delivered product. These differences are normal characteristics of artisanal crafting and do not constitute a product defect.

  • Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability and stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities or update product offerings at any time.

3. Ordering, Checkout, and Payment

  • Direct Checkout: Orders can be placed directly through the online checkout system on Ramzi.top.

  • Payment Method: We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method for all accepted orders. Payment in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) must be provided in full upon receipt of the item(s).

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Coverage

  • Standard Delivery Areas: Direct delivery services are currently offered exclusively within the Cairo and Giza Governorates.

  • Special Delivery Arrangements: If you wish to request delivery to areas outside Cairo and Giza, please contact us directly prior to placing an order. With the support of our network of friends and supporters, we will make reasonable efforts to coordinate custom delivery arrangements where feasible.

  • Delivery Coordination: Buyers will be contacted via phone or messaging prior to delivery to confirm shipping details and estimated delivery time.

5. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds (Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018)

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, buyers are entitled to specific statutory consumer rights:

  • Right of Return / Exchange (14 Days): Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

  • Defective or Non-Conforming Goods (30 Days): If a product arrives damaged, defective, or non-conforming to the order description, the customer has the legal right to request a repair, replacement, or full refund within 30 days of purchase without incurring additional fees.

  • Return Conditions & Exceptions: Returns or exchanges requested due to personal preference (where the product is free from defect) may require the buyer to bear reasonable direct return shipping costs, as permitted under Egyptian law. Custom or personalized beaded requests made specifically to customer specifications are exempt from non-defect returns.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content on https://ramzi.top—including photography, text, branding, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Ramzi and his designated representatives. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial distribution of any website content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ramzi.top and its operational supporters make every effort to ensure accurate product information and reliable service. However, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable Egyptian legislation, Ramzi.top shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, minor delivery delays, or third-party carrier handling.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website or purchases made herein shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
